Highlight for Children contracted me to illustrate “a cornucopia of fun animals” that would appear on note cards and other collateral items … all with the express purpose of welcoming teachers back to their classrooms for the beginning of the new school year. This was particularly fun to create as the more animals I drew, the more they wanted!
